The support was terrific - It was a bit confusing to me as I'm very new to Shopify and Yotpo at first but now everything makes sense with their swift customer support team. It's also great that I can use it for free in the very beginning.

Absolutely love this app. The support from YOTPO was excellent and nearly instant. CAROLINE from their support team made things easy for me as I didnt have much experience with websites. Caroline, set it all up for me and promptly answered and guided me with all my queries. Thanks again YOTPO

Really good support from customer service and tech support. Helped me with installing the code snippet into my shopify store. Allen M was the nicest person I spoke to. He answered all my questions fast and in detail. He told me to sit tight and installed the snippet for me all within 10 mins. Great guy!
