Excellent instructions for installation (which for me was needed as I don't do html!)
Smooth and slick looking on your site - customisable

Allows both store reviews and product reviews
It pushes feedback to social media
It's FREE!

Cons:
I can't opt for the default email which captures feedback to leave store testimonial instead - as a small seller of pre-loved Pandora charms our products will change so frequently
I can't respond to feedback with our thoughts etc
When using the moderation it isn't always clear from the screen that your actions have updated but this might be my browser

I was having some trouble with the widget but Simoun Francis was such a helpful support rep! I am positive he and the advanced support team will help resolve my issue.

I just got the app, so I still have to see whether I like it. This 5 star review is for Donald, who helped me get everything set up on my theme... the star rating widget, product review widget, and the review carousel. I'm really pleased with their service. I have a couple integrations to set up still, so I will have to update on that later.

The feature of this app are everything and then when i had an issue i contacted CS and they ended up being as good as the app and even provided me with a custom HTML to fix my issue. special props to Allen M.

I am using this app to help my store gather reviews from my customers. Every time I have a question about a feature within my store regarding the reviews, YOTPO is on top of it immediately. They know exactly what they are doing and do not waste any of your time!!
