This app has been a brilliant find for us! Yotpo's team provides great Customer Service, they are very attentive to details and helpful in resolving any concern in a timely manner. So far, very pleased with the app.

Be aware, however, that if you sign up for the 30-day free trial for Premium, you must personally downgrade to the free version when the trial expires or your credit card will automatically be charged $30 without notice.

John B was helpful when we had a problem connecting our reviews to our Meta account. I have sent an email previously about it to Support but that person was unhelpful and fell out of the conversation and never followed up after two emails. I appreciate John looking into the problem and sending a follow-up. Thank you!
