Yotpo had trouble synching my orders. I had good customer support on the helpdesk by Simoun Francis to solve it

I am brand new to the world of e-commerce. I can figure things out on my own, yet I was stumped on an issue and reached out to the help desk to see if they really were as awesome as others are saying. I WAS BLOWN AWAY at how quickly they helped me out and fixed my problem!! Very professional and informative and FAST. I just finished telling my friend about how impressed I am with your service over coffee and she reminded me that I need to get on here and let others know too with my review. She's absolutely right! The customer service at Yotpo is by far one of the best I have seen. Ed was able to help me import reviews from a different app I was using. No comment about the app yet but it seems like the resources are there to help me with the transition.

Doner P was extremely helpful with importing my review over to a new website host and provided me with information to choose the best plan for my business needs. A great customer service experience!

I used this app to improve a lot of things: customer experience, customer acquisition, social proof, and relationships with people who visit our Store. Works well with a ton of value. With Yotpo we've been able to collect product reviews and add beautiful Instagram shop strips to our ancillary pages. The customer service team is responsive and helpful, too!
