Great app , but if you want to upgrade it very expensive. Happy with what I am getting for free,
Yotpo had trouble synching my orders. I had good customer support on the helpdesk by Simoun Francis to solve it
Yotpo product ratings don't appear on our search/collections pages, nor can we add our email address as the sender email. We haven't received the verification email to confirm it, and Yotpo's support right now is non-existent.
Expect to wait multiple days for a reply, only to be disappointed when they send back the same canned response.
For how much they charge, the support should be far better, and I think we're going to look for something else.

Customer service is great! I was migrating reviews from another review app and ended up with a ton of duplicates. Spent a few hours taking care of it myself but couldn't figure it out. Customer service resolved the issue in minutes.

I’ve had this app for several years and love it. Great outlet for customer reviews. I recently switched e-commerce platforms and Yotpo support (Neah) was so helpful with assisting & troubleshooting. Great service!
I just started using this app with mixed results. It presents the reviews well on my product pages, but I have customers say that they try and fill out the review request and they get error messages. One couldn't fill in the text box and after submitting review it go a message that said "page not found". It's too bad because they love our product, but I can't badger them to keep trying to fill out the review
Only just started setting it up and have used their support quite a bit. Always reply straight away and extremely helpful. The app itself is working great. Highly recommend
I found Yotpo and installed it in my store. Amazingly this application is really the best application. User Interface easiest to understand and maintain, Customer support 10/10. I highly recommend it for the other users too.
