Not happy. While using Yotpo for free before they changed how their app works, I collected 6 reviews. But, that's all the app could do. Collect reviews and nothing else. If you want everything else, it's something like $300 per month. Disappointing. I wanted to learn more about their pricing structure, but instead, they want me to talk to some random guy over the phone to talk to me about how Yotpo can benefit my shop. Well, of course it would benefit my shop. It's just TOO EXPENSIVE. Make the pricing structure public for crying out loud.

This app is great, needed customer support and it was quick and simple. Top notch service and assistance whenever needed.
I hate this app - the free version anyway. When you get a review or a question it gets posted to your site and there is NO way to respond for less than $200/mo...

The app is ok and ties into Shopify well enough. Yotpo as a service is a good product, its just that Yotpo as a company is awful awful awful. Everything is an upsell, because they practically lie by obstuficating what is available and what is not available. Check out their pricing - most things are in the "premium plan". Well, we have a premium plan, but nothing is every available. I have to write to customer support constantly asking why soemthing isn't working as I followed the support page's instructions. "Only for an annual plan" or "Enterprise plan" or something similar is what I always get. But thats not in the selling documents, thats not in the support documents, its always only in the non specific "premium plan". Good product, priced at the very upper boundaries of tolerable, terrible company.
