I upgraded to Yotpo for reviews recently. I'm fairly satisfied with everything. I like the user friendly menus. Also, the support team is very helpful. Doner P. helped me out on some issues instantly.

I had a great experience with the Yotpo, particularly impressed by the exceptional support provided by Doner P on a Sunday to swiftly resolve an importing error I encountered. Yotpo's review interface boasts a clean and practical design, I am excited to explore all of features this app offers.

This app doesn't give you a chance to configure the settings, emails etc. - it just sends emails on its own, with no chance to review/track or anything! I have never seen anything like this.

This app is a great asset to collecting important information for my company. Also the help chat was extremely helpful when answering my questions. Very happy so far :)
