I struggled to get the app working the way i wanted to at first but Doner P really helped and its now working perfectly on our store :)

Support is extremely responsive. I dealt with Simoun Francis, who was knowledgeable, kind, and prompt. A slight hiccup at first was dealt with in moments, versus hours. Exceptional.

I just wanted a reviews page with a 'write a review' and for them to be displayed. I was struggling to set it up, but I contacted support via web chat and Albert was brilliant, got everything set up for me really quickly.

customer service is great and app is very user friendly. lots of features even for the free plan.

I've used this app on a number of stores and always have a great experience. Lemuel installed the widget for me quickly and was super helpful!

$14K per year (required annual contract) for functionality that I can get from Stamped.io for $99 per month??? Not sure which suckers are going for that... I do not recommend.
