- Fairly seamless and very quick integration: the ability to back log orders and request reviews was great to have content for launching the product (i recommend collecting reviews for at least 1 month before you implement the customer facing side on your website)

John B was helpful when we needed to downgrade our account. Only reason for this change is because our store is closing. I was able to easily dowload the file of all reviews prior to doing so.
I use this app to collect reviews for my e-commerce website. It's great advantage that this app can be used for free without limitation of period.
But in terms of arrangement, it has some problems. For example, the review writing form can't be arranged. And it's not so easy to add review and stars to your website. You have to arrange code thought the instructions are not perfect.

We use this app and we are seeing a good ROI. It's unfair that you need to be on an annual plan before you can have the Klaviyo integration. The customer service chat that comes with the Growth plans is instant and very helpful. Thanks Rael.

Great customer service. Always reply promptly. I have had a lot of issues with this app sadly, but they always help me. Might be my theme that has been the issue some times. It is one of the best reviews apps as far as I can see. And I have used them for a couples of years now.
Great app, and great support, the only flaw is that I cannot respond directly to customer reviews within emails because I use a Mac, apparently supported on Windows but not Mac, but that's the only issue.
Had great customer support from Edilyn B. She took the time to blacklist a few products as I was having a hard time with the process!
Allen M. was super helpful in providing a review summary for all our products and recipes as well!
Once set up, Yotpo is great! It did take quite a bit of time to set up, with some bugs in the Yotpo platform and some slow update times on some features. The support is awesome, and will fix anything instantly. As a person with little understanding of code it did take a lot of hours of support with both Shogun (our page builder) and Yotpo. But end result, great!
