Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

Yotpo is an easy to use app that is helping our Shopify store be successful. I recently had a great experience with Shirel from customer service. I needed some help with Google Seller Ratings and Shirel was quick, professional, and very helpful. Yotpo is worth checking out!

Functionality is exactly what we need - there are some glitches now and then but customer support is always fantastic. Have worked with John B and Doner a few times now and have always found a very quick and simple resolution.

There is no better reviews app out there. It's very interactive, drives ALOT of traffic, and the support team is amazing. I got a call from Dave at Yotpo letting me know that I could make a few small changes in the settings to get a better Google search results rating. IF YOU GET THIS APP, YOU WILL NOT REGRET A SECOND OF IT :) :) :) :)

The interface of the app isn't as user friendly as it could be BUT the customer support they provide through Live Chat is A*! Super helpful and incredibly capable.

I've been using this app for a few years now. It does a good job collecting reviews. There are quite a few limitations for the paid version that we have. I'm not a fan of the social push it offers. The email templates are pretty clunky.

Does what it says on the tin. Good app and has helped my store nicely, the follow up option is brilliant too. The only issues that I have are the lack of general badges that you can put on the site to show trust and that you can't have all the reviews in one area of the site.

Rhenant was super quick and helpful and resolved my issue right away. They are clearly very knowledgable about the system and I am excited to use Yotpo for our website.
