Have used this app for a while now and I´m so pleased with it! And most of all, some of the best suports I have experienced! Quick and service minded!

While sorting out a separate problem for me I was chatting to tech support about the issue I have with selling one of a kind items, i.e. the item usually disappears from the store soon after sale, taking any reviews with it. Gimbert was super helpful, showed me how I could have a series of reviews appear at the bottom of each listing in my store via the SEO page, available on the free plan. So no more tedious manually adding reviews to a separate page for me. I am really happy with the appearance of multiple reviews on each listing, and only wish I had known about it sooner. Tech support responded to my inquiries very quickly and had the new look published for me really quickly. Highly recommended.

I have been using the free version of this app for a while now. I believe it helped me collect more reviews by sending follow up e-mails to customers and having a third party collect these reviews increases the reliability. I needed help today and Junalou made my day by a clever approach to my problem and saved me precious time. Very patient, helpful and kind. End result was over my expectations. An update today; I updated from the free plan to basic plan and Simoun Francis and Daniel, Rhenant helped me a lot with setup, a big thank you! The help is always available when you need it.
