James from Yotpo replied super quick on a SUNDAY! really recommended. I've been using Yotpo for a few years and only now I've managed to understand some new benefits I didnt know about

I use this to show my reviews from multiple channels. I recently updated my theme and needed some customization. Ronel was great with helping me.

My reviews were not showing on my website, but after chatting with the support team they were able to get them displayed. I rate the app 4 stars because of the price and the limitations. However I would give 5 stars to the support agent Orly.

I needed some help, and the chat operator named Robertini was beyond helpful. He help me with some installation problems, he was extremely nice, fast, and in no time everything was set-up. thank you.

Very easy to use and connect to store. Support is also very helpful, and helped fix an issue i had.

Easy to use, and the layout looks great for any store. Also the customer service team is very helpful.

We are at the 400 orders per month mark. We started by using the free version to test things out. Just using the free version we were able to generate 25 product reviews within a week. For a free app we got a ton of value. We have since upgraded to the paid version. Great customer service as well.

Have yet to install this app, but just wanted to say Ronel R. was a big help in the process! He answered every question with a clear understanding and resolved some concerns I had. Thanks!
