Really nice app! Installation smooth as silk, support is great too. Response time is very quick, and I got my questions answered and issues handled really fast. Reviews began coming in almost immediately, so it's all working! Yay!

I switched from Product Reviews to Yotpo and am extremely happy. I specifically wanted an app that would email customers after the sale (MAP) and Yotpo does that! In fact, I have gotten tons of reviews since installing Yotpo and the MAP feature. Sasha Marchuk at customer service moved my old reviews from Product Reviews, so I didn't miss any reviews from the old app.

This app gets my store lots of great reviews. It's easy to use for both me and the customer. The dedicated SEO page was easy to install with the help from Support. Allen was very helpful and quick, he talked me through it and it was done in a few minutes.

This app is so amazing! Product reviews really help my store as I'm selling different brands of cloth nappies. Testimonials also encourage new parents who are not familiar with cloth nappies to try them out. I had to update my Shopify Theme and the Yotpo review setup got lost. I sent Yotpo an e-mail on a Sunday and within a few hours they had installed everything on our new theme. Wow that is what I call great customer support.

Yotpo itself is an awesome app to have! Great for collecting reviews and relaying authenticity and trust with customers. The customer service they provide to business owners is awesome as well! I was having issues trying to add code to my page for the carousel review widget and Junalou dove right in and added it for me. He went above and beyond my original request and added additional features as well! I was pleasantly surprised with how helpful and easy my experience was. Thank you so much!
