I recently had the pleasure of working with John G from Yotpo for installing review widgets on my new store, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the get-go, John G exhibited a deep understanding of the Yotpo platform and its integration capabilities.

We've been using Yotpo for a couple years, and I am really positive on it lately. The new 3.0 widgets are sleek and fit well into your brand template. John G. did a phenomenal job installing for us. Only thing to note: the marketplace syndication with Walmart is a work in progress.

I've had a few issues overtime with the app that were easily solved. However, one customer support agent in particular, John G, was quick and efficient in helping with my issues.

The app does what I need it to do at this point. My store is very very young and the free portion works good for what I need. But I had a demo call with Gal Baum and he really helped out a lot by walking through the app step by step with me, and going over all the features. Very professional, very thorough, and understood exactly what to do for my needs.
