I originally installed Shopify Reviews and then later added Yotpo. I was trying to combine reviews so I could turn off the Shopify app. Rayne from support was one of the top 3 support people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Absolutely top notch support. Didn't waste any time and got everything working perfectly in minutes including helping me replace the Star Rating widgets to display in my store.

Yotpo has been great. Zero problems at all; we're going to upgrade our plan, as well, given that they seem to offer a lot of useful stuff.

I picked Yotpo for its integration with Klaviyo.

I received incredible support from two Yotpo folks, Leizel Ann D and Bernard, each working on separate issues I likely had from my clumsy install of competitor code.

Over the course of almost a week of rapid back and forth e-mails they fixed all the issues, including some that had nothing to do with Yotpo. This is the very definition of extreme ownership.

Just incredible. High recommendation.

This app is very efficient and works perfectly. I had a question and received quick assistance from Ronel who helped me out.

Customer support is amazing! Edilyn is tech support is amazing and was able to answer all my questions and provide solutions. I worked with Noemi in customer support and she helped me optimize my platform. I am extremely happy with this platform and will be upgrading to use more services offered by Yotpo.
