Its a great app . cant ask for more . all my needs were met and great customer support. immediate response to tickets were given.

So far, so good! The automatic email review requests are super handy. Customer service is friendly and helpful.

Lemuel was super helpful! I had trouble with importing reviews but he was able to take a look at my file and manually fill in the information I was missing.

We have been using Yotpo for quite a while now and love it, easy to set up and it has certainly helped with our sales. More importantly, the support is second to none, we had a small issue with our store recently and it was addressed by Howell extremely quickly.

I added this app and had some technical problems implementing it at the homepage. I wrote to the support. Very shortly, I've recieved an answer from Josephine from Customer Support. She solved my problem very fast and even improved the implementation of Yotpo in my website. Working with this app for some time now, I can say that it's an incredible reviews app and it is a must for every Shopify website. Start with the free plan and later upgrade if needed. Excellent app. Just note that they WILL email all of your past customers asking for reviews if you don't disable this setting soon after activating the app.

This feature is awesome, but annoying if you haven't decided to commit to this app yet. Luckily if you switch review apps, you can also export reviews.

Great customer support, helped me with everything I needed. Showing all product reviews and all site reviews when customers click on the product reviews tab under one specific product is a great feature.

Works great. Only issue I had was quickly solved by Djan on the support team. I'll continue to use this app.
