I love this app!!! it works great and their service is awesome!!!! I had an issue with their app and they logged in to my store and fixed it for me in less than ten minutes!!!!

I felt compelled to write a review, because this is the BEST shopify app i've ever used! Just install it and see for yourself. I never expected to get reviews so fast before. It's user-friendly for the customers to be able to review straight from the email they receive.

Installed this app yesterday and total setup was complete within an hour. Very easy and user friendly. Experienced one hiccup with the website review tab, reached out to Yotpo customer service and the problem was resolved within 30 minutes. Great experience so far. Customer support is what sets Yotpo apart. The service is good, it's fine for most of what you'd ever need. It's the ease of use and customer support that makes this a 5 star product. Appreciate the help Donald and all the others who've helped me get things going.

Just started with the app. waiting to see the effect it will have on our reviews. gave 4 starts because so far so good and customer service were amazing and very responsive. i think prices are very high!
