Extremely slow customer service response. And even when you get a response that doesn't mean that issue is resolved. I am still waiting for their response. I have been writing emails for the last 2 weeks for that particular issue. If I am lucky somebody will respond in 5 days

This app has been great for my little business. I reached out today to customer support for assistance and I was helped by Orly who immediately sorted everything I needed.

Ridiculously overpriced. $400 / month just to be able to integrate with google shopping (regardless of how many orders). I wish i had known this before getting set up with free version. Don't mind paying but the cost is way too much compared to good alternatives. Now need to switch. Wish i had read the reviews prior.

They are so helpful and they really help you with installation, very quick in responding to online chats and they really seem to care for us.
I would definitely recommend using these guys.

This app far exceeds the capabilities of previous review apps we have used. We are very happy with how easy it is to use, and how quickly our issues are resolved. We use it on 4 shopify sites - would recommend!

Doner has helped with adding my star ratings to product pages and collection pages when they were in the incorrect spots. It was done in a very professional manner and I would highly recommend the staff at Yotpo!
