Great customer support. Jo was so helpful and so quick with fixing my issue. The App is also easy to use, and was so easy to add to my webiste :)
The free version is great. Very easy to setup and he reviews are coming in! Will definitely consider upgrading in the future.
Great service. I'm on the free plan and have everything I need in order to have social proof of my products. Customer service quickly helps with setup and any issues you may have. Highly recommended.
I tried for weeks to get reviews to pop onto my site after changing the layout. Mary Ann responded quickly to the chat feature, was awesome and got me going in about 10 minutes! Great customer service.

The product is fine, but the business model is really annoying.
They will nickel and dime you everywhere. Pretty much anything you want to do is going to cost you a lot more than it should.
Standard implementation is fine but expect to offer up your first born child if you want to do anything more, like connect other apps.

Imported reviews from shopify product reviews really easily. The implementation team was very helpful getting star ratings on my collection pages. So far I'm very happy with the app and would highly recommend!
