Very good and fast customer support! I was able to chat with a knowledgeable and helpful human within 30 seconds of requesting it! Specifically, I was helped by Ronel who was really great (very friendly, very knowledgeable, very efficient).

I have to first start by saying that Yotpo's customer service is amazing! Eddie especially, got everything i asked for solved in a timely manner! Great app, an absolute must have on your shopify store!

UPDATE: Michelle, although very helpful, only came back to help only because I left this review. Which is precisely why I did it - Because I wasn't getting any help. Before she did I had already resolved the issue myself - . It's just a shame that we had to come to this to be listened to seriously.

I'll change this review if the situation changes, but lately the customer service is abysmal. I feel like rather than listening to what I am saying, they skim through my inquiry and do a copy paste. Now with a simple error, they haven't responded in days. If you change the layout, the reviews disappear even though the code is installed properly. Yotpo, what gives?

Yotpo is fantastic. The automated follow-up emails for reviews is something we couldn't live without. Curation and publishing reviews is simple, and they continue to develop feature that put them far beyond other Review apps. I can't wait to test out the new user-generated photos content.

I was trying to update the display reviews on a checkout page. The app is partially intuitive but a little frustrating. Customer was good, but took me quite a few attempts to get there.

The app has a nice aesthetic that I like. It looks more "real" and "legit" than Loox or Alireviews that i've used in the past. They have a LIVE CHAT which is BIG THING, if you need some answers quick or some changes made quick. They will assist you right away. When we installed it the first time, I was a little boring, asking them to do this and that for me, and they did it without hesitation and with great service. I'm very happy that we get to work with them. Eunice and Jo Lorenz were of great help past 2 days. THANKS yotpo

Works well. Immediately increased my response rate for review solicitations. Eileen provided excellent support. A very useful tool since Yotpo increased the services on the lower-tier plans. Many ways to use this platform. The only drawback is that the emails can't be timed to the actual delivery notice, so international ones often arrive before the product, which annoys people.
UPDATE: I signed up for the Prime plan because I was told that it would show rich snippets on google and make the site review show up on the Google SERP. We met all the criteria, but these still did not show up, even given months for google to recognize them. YOTPO tried a few fixes and finally gave up and told me to contact Google, who, of course, blew me off. So, I would say that based on my experience, that feature is not functional.
And that would be okay if I hadn't paid a premium for many months specifically to have that feature work. Not so very happy
