Great app, and great support, the only flaw is that I cannot respond directly to customer reviews within emails because I use a Mac, apparently supported on Windows but not Mac, but that's the only issue.

Awful customer service (unless you want to upgrade) We used to love Yotpo but since we updated our theme and lost the app we have been trying to get some help with reinstalling. Terrible service! No response to four attempts to contact them. We looked at upgrading our Yotpo account but the prices seem to leap up and we just can't afford it for a small business.
An excellent review app with excellent customer service! The software is also user-friendly in terms of settings and functions.
I use the free version and they still offer customer service! I have reached out to them twice and have received prompt replies and help as needed. Highly recommend!
the app was easy to use, but the overall cost just doesn't justify the product. it's too expensive to use. judge.me offers better quality products for a better price however, their customer service is on point. Daniel p had helped me transition and export all of my reviews to a new platform.
We just started using the app and even though we’ve had to do a few small things on the back-end to set some items up; it’s been fairly easy to use so far. We had to use the live chat to get some help with some features and spoke with Daniel P. who was so great to work with! He was extremely helpful and fast! He provided some very helpful links as well. Exceptional customer support! 10 out of 10 recommend!

There was a glitch in their system and my customers weren't getting their reviews. The employees were attentive and helped me work through the issue and manually sent the reviews to those who hadn't received review emails. But would be sure to keep an eye on emails to ensure it doesn't occur to your shop. I had another incident with the site - it stopped sending reviews altogether. It seems to be really unreliable.
