Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

This app does everything that it promises.. and the customer service is great. I was having trouble integrating my reviews directly onto the product page and sent a note. Maria helped me out, and they did it for me. Very happy. We've been using Yotpo for over 18mo, and plan to continue indefinitely.

This is definitely a MUST HAVE app. It's dead simple to install and to customize, and it works flawlessly with Shopify. I like having the ability for personal reviews right on the product page as well as the ability to share those socially through a manual or automatic push.

If you're selling something, there is literally no reason I can think of that you would NOT want to use this app.

I love this app! It lets our customers know how other feel about our products. Their customer service is excellent, Eunice was amazing, professional and very quick!

Dec. 2021 update: still love the app. In all these years, only minor issues, ever. Had one recently (reviews not showing up), and Mark Oliver was amazing with his support. Very thorough, great follow up and fixed the issue very quickly! Best Shopify app I've ever used, and in 10 years, there's been MANY!! 2014 review: I freaking LOVE this app! Really popular with my customers. Adds a ton of trust to potential buyers. Highly recommended!

Had a problem adding the Yotpo code manually after an upgrade to my Turbo Out of the Sand Box Theme. Contacted Support (on a Sunday) and had a prompt response. Howell from Yotpo took control of the issue and resolved it very quickly. The whole experience was prompt and polite. Thank you Howell.

Love Yotpo. Awesome support - can't recommend this enough! I switched themes recently and had to reach out for help getting it re-installed. Bam, they had it up and rolling in less than 5 minutes.

Really simple to install (copy couple lines of code into liquid) and works wonderfully too! Also like that there's quite a few customisation options.. Overall am really pleased! Would definitely recommend!
