Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

Anne is great! I love yotpo, the only thing is it is sometimes tricky to get the code right into your theme.

I struggled with getting our reviews from our old site being seen on our new Shopify site, the yotpo help sheets were not clear enough for me. However once I reached out and explained, I received great, clear and very speedy service from Diane!

It's working well for getting reviews and ratings. Their chat is very responsive if you have any issues.

Used this app to build trust with reviews and had a few issues with unpublishing a few reviews and Ed helped me through every step efficiently, very impressed with the customer service and the app itself is a good tool.

The reviews have tremendously helped my businesses and they offer excellent customer service! Highly recommend
