So far so good - great app, great customer service support. Easy to get hold of support who quickly answered any question we had.

Nice and excellent app. We can get the customer review, reminder mail, review on mail, onsite and many more features that are excellent

I had some issues with adding the widget on my website but I had some help from the staff (Doner P) and it worked perfectly fine after that. Great app!

Still setting it all up, mainly commenting on the customer service. Been on the chat with them a couple times while setting up, they're quick to answer with helpful information. Wish more companies were like that.

Easy to implement. No issues. Love their live chat support! User experience is smooth and loads fast.

When I finally got hold of someone the service was very efficient and helpful. I would say though that I had tried to get someone to call me a number of times but no one did!

This is the first time we have had reviews on our site, having looked at all the feedback from previous users we went with Yotpo, it was the right decision, it's easy to use and the support is great. We had a few technical issues, and Paul helped us straight away to get everything looking the way we wanted. Great job Yotpo!
