Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

App is limiting, and interface is complicated. Their support team is non-existent. Avoid at all costs, it'll take even more time when you have to switch to a different review app like me.

This app is a great asset to collecting important information for my company. Also the help chat was extremely helpful when answering my questions. Very happy so far :)

Moved to Yotpo because its one of only a dozen or so reviews providers for which Google and Walmart both recognize as trustworthy and therefore allow syndication. I will admit that the import (from old provider) was not smooth, however the support has been phenomenal. Particularly from Warly S. Thank you Warly!

Works as advertised, even though the free version is limiting. No complaints though.

So far I'm really liking this app, currently I'm running the free version and its very easy to set up, I did have a little conflict with Shopify's reviews but a quick email to the developers and they sorted it all out for me which is great because I don't want to get involved with any code.
Still early days but so far this is the best review app available and I thoroughly recommend it.

I have to first start by saying that Yotpo's customer service is amazing! Eddie especially, got everything i asked for solved in a timely manner! Great app, an absolute must have on your shopify store!
