Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

I am a newbie to ecommerce industry and stumbled onto Yotpo. The customer service they provide is great, especially Caroline. I am still in a very large learning curve with the entire industry, but feel very confident my hand will be held along with way with Yotpo. Thank you!

I love this app, a perfect app for reviews. Customer service is a top notch, they are always willing to help.

サポートのレスポンスが早く、回答も的確且つ丁寧でとても助かっています。アプリ管理画面も使いやすいです。ただ、管理画面は英語表示のみ、サポートも英語対応のみ、ということでアプリ使用のために英語必須になっている点が残念な点で、今後のアプリの改良に期待を込めて、星4、としています。

Yotpo is one greedy company. They suck you in with the "Free" card and then if you want any of the extra features it turns into big bucks and a year contract. On top of the big bucks, they limit how many reviews you can request and then you have to pay an overage fee per review. Save yourself some time and money and go with the Shopify review app.

Just left them for Shopify's own Product Review product. Yotpo is fine if everything is working, but their support is shocking with a 7 day gap between each email on a support item. After 3mths of use, not a single review other than the 5 that were manually added on day 1, absolutely nothing from support even though I tried. I have given up. I would not recommend this to anyone.
