So far so good. Just signed up and having trouble finding specific settings. I was surprised that the live chat option was pretty much immediate. Still a ways to go before I can really make a fair evaluation but Eunice from the live chat was awesome - knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant!

Fantastic service from Ken and the team would recommend YOTPO for collecting customer reviews. App will also sync with google seller ratings.
