Good customer service support. Just downloaded and had someone respond to my CSS issue instantly. Have yet to use it outside of that

Customer service top notch - Robertini L. spent 2 hours with me on the chat helping us get things set up to our liking.

We're using the free version and are very happy with it. It looks great on our site and we feel it adds professionalism and legitimacy to the site. Easy to use, just wish it had the push to social in the free version.

The app seems great (just installed), but I can say the SERVICE IS FANTASTIC. "Daniel P" assisted me with a number of widget installation issues and was super helpful, knowledgeable and willing to do more to make sure our site looks/works great with the app.

Not sure how this is such a high rated app. It is very glitchy and support is almost non existent. We waited over 2 weeks to have reviews imported from old site and still nothing. Why can't we import a simply csv rather than wait for someone else to do (or not) it?

We are just getting started with it, but had a lot of help installing the widget and customer service was excellent.

I was setting YOTPO's star system in my account and was instructed to paste the necessary code into the "product.liquid" page but the instructions didn't say where on that page to paste the code. After a 24 minute wait on YOTPO's live chat, Mary Ann came on the line and took care of it quickly and professionally.

I was helped by Mary Ann, very friendly and well helped. Definitely recommended this app! Great app and clear how everything works.
