I only signed up with Yotpo. The app seems fairy easy to intergrate. I ran into a few problems and submitted a ticket to support, and got really friendly and prompt service. They have also imported my existing reviews, which appeared really quickly on the website. Happy so far!

To remove the code go to your theme's "edit code" section. Then click on "Templates" and look for "product.liquid" then delete the line that contains "yotpo" in it. Save your time cause after you uninstall this app the code still stays.

The interface for this app is poorly designed and not easy for clients to work with. I've also had issues with being billed twice for one subscription and haven't received any answers from their support team to remedy the situation. Buyer beware -- there are plenty of review apps out there that function better than this one and offer MUCH better support & billing practices.

Ive used Yotpo many times, in many stores, to help customers see the value in my products and customer service -- IT WORKS. Super powerful. AND -- Yotpo has great customer service also (and thanks Orly for helping me out twice with questions -- solved fast and easy).

Blown away by the help that I received for setup of Yotpo for my Artist site. Being a free user I certainly didn’t expect that level of help. Lemuel was very helpful and quick to fix the issue I came up against. Highly recommend Yotpo!

I have only had the app for less than 24 hours and already received 7 positive reviews from our customers. I was having trouble installing the widget on my own, but Josephine was super helpful. She installed everything including adding reviews to my collection page. Now our site looks even more credible. Love this all and the quick and professional customer service! Thanks Josephine!

Great for Free, but if you want to do anything really with it, it is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! It is not a tool a small business owner could afford to purchase, especially, when you have no idea if it would really make that much of a difference posting your reviews to your social media account.

Why not offer a free trial on premium for a month so people can see if it's worth the expense? Not only that, also offer a monthly payment plan? But then $500 a month is still pretty ridiculous.
