The customer support is fab and the reviews work brilliantly! I Reccomend it for shops as its easy to use.

this app has helped me in retaining clients, get new ones due to reviews dropped. and when i needed assistance, the support team member was prompt and efficient, helped me transfer old reviews to my new site. Eunice was a life saver. definitely reccommend

Junalou was incredibly patient and helpful with getting my yotpo account set up properly. Junalou helped me import my existing reviews, customize the placement of the widget on my site, and double-check that the look and feel matched what I was going for. I'm excited to collect more reviews!

Incredibly helpful and amazing service from Kenneth John M and Simoun Francis S as they helped me install widgets onto my theme.

I used this app to add reviews to my shopify site. Unfortunately, I was not able to figure out how to customize it myself after the app automatically added the reviews but I reached out via the chat option and Ronel did a perfect job getting it to look exactly how I wanted it to and even guided me and showed me how I can customize some colors...oh and this was done at like 11pm as well!

I just add the app to my shop. The installation was easy and I got help from a support agent called Manny who was really helpful.

Only downside that features like the Reviews Carousel are only when you subscribe. You can't have some limited functionality as a free version..

Just getting set up with Yopto. So far service has been amazing with Joian. Looking forward to getting fully set up.
