The support is very helpful and really friendly! I had an amazing chat with Ruzsel J who was very polite and thorough in getting to the root of the problem of our reviews not showing up on a product page. In stead of giving instructions on how to fix the issue, he went out his way, asked quality questions, performed an analysis, identified and resolved it himself. Can't be more happy with his service!

We encountered an issue where users couldn't submit reviews from mobile devices using the Yotpo review widget. The modal wouldn't allow necessary fields to be scrolled within.
