Joian Z from Customer Support helped me export a CSV of our reviews, when I had trouble doing so myself. They were super fast and cheerful when responding and completely transparent, making sure I was updated throughout the entire process as the export took some time due to the number of reviews. Vien Saints did an amazing job with customer support. We were able to share our collaborator code through Shopify and he was able to hop on and get all of the backend stuff done to fix some minor issues and I didn't have to lift a finger.
