This app support was really great. Especially Roland....
I had a issue suddenly so I contacted with support. Roland replied within 1 min and fixed issue within 2 mins. Super fast and kind support. Thank you so much, Roland.
Highly recommend....
The setup was easy, but emails are not being sent out to customers. Support tried to help but ended on radio silence after a week of trying. Maybe specify this is a beta app.

Anfangs lief nicht immer alles glatt und die App hat ein bisschen Probleme mit dem Übersetzen von Sonderzeichen, z.B. ö, ä oder ß. Insgesamt ist die App aber sehr gut, funktioniert einwandfrei und der Kundenservice ist fantastisch. Thessanyl hat mir sehr geholfen und ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke!

Tech support is a challenge. Thus far, the four times I have contacted them, they have escalated the tickets, which means at least a 24-hour wait for someone to get back to you. In their support chat, they disable the ability to upload screenshots, so every time within the chat, you have to request the ability to upload a screenshot. This is unheard of. None of the other apps I use have this feature disabled for their support chat. I used to use their SMS product and dropped it (with credits paid for) as I couldn't get a call back from their salesperson to walk through the product's features.
This review shouldn't surprise the developer because I believe in giving notice - at least twice - before posting a negative review. But they didn't care. Overall, I do not recommend this app because while the app is promising, the critical part of it - the support behind it is lacking.
I was having an issue while creating my widget but my agent Sheen helped resolve this right away! Great customer service for sure!

I am so happy I chose to start using the Yotpo app. It was so easy to get up and running and I got my first subscription within 24 hours. The team has truly been so supportive, helpful and responsive. Hannah is wonderful and I look forward to exploring other Yotpo apps. Thanks for creating a seamless user experience.
Very grateful to work with Yotpo Subscriptions. Simple interface and excellent connections between SMS, loyalty, etc. Couldn't recommend a better company to work with.
