Roland M's responsiveness exceeded my expectations. Each inquiry and request I made was met with a swift "Yes," and he efficiently addressed them within minutes, often in less than a minute. Even on a cheerful Sunday evening, Roland was readily available on the chat, providing expert assistance and going the extra mile to ensure everything was sorted. Working with such a knowledgeable and courteous professional was a genuine pleasure.

App has great interface but if you have an existing subscription platform, the transfer is entirely dependent on your migration specialist. Our migration took about 2 weeks with very few customers because of the heavy back and forth. Widget looks great on the site and we're able to customize look & feel for branding. Back end has great looking analytics so far.
Downsides: yotpo doesn't have a build-a-box feature and our previous app, BOLD, did. Yotpo's solution was to email them all and ask them to go through resubscribing process again. This is forcing us to standardize our subscriptions as we've been through a few different versions. Messy, a ton of customer communication and crossing of fingers that this'll be the real solution we're looking for

had a problem i could figure out and it was frustrating me to no end. Once i open the chat and spoke with Roland he fixed the issue and also gave me instructions on how to fix the issue myself if i ever ran into the problem again. I am super happy and super satisfied! Thanks again Roland, you're the best!

they have great support. we worked with Albert on the Yotpo Subscriptions Migrations Support team and he was amazing to collaborate with. very thorough, very quick to respond, and very helpful in getting all of our legacy subscribers from a previous platform migrated to Yotpo.

Just switched to Yotpo after a terrible experience with another subscription app (Upscribe) and we are super impressed. Onboarding was fast and efficient and the support team was excellent. Minor issues have been fixed within hours and it looks to offer a much-improved customer experience for our subscribers.

Setting up my subscription program was a breeze. ran in to an issue though with my display boxes on my website showing comma's instead of periods for the prices. hit the chat box and Roland assisted me and fixed the issue. He had to enter my shopify back door to get it done but was willing to and got the issue fixed! As a business owner i run in to issues often and normally IT is not helpful. Roland is by far the best IT person ive worked with in months. Solved out the issue in a timely manner and very nice to chat with. I had heard from a friend that Yotpo had great customer service. She was right! I have decided to use Yotpo apps for multiple things now even if other apps have higher amounts of people using them. Cause i know if Theres a issue they will get it fixed.

The app works great, and their support answers immediately. This app has the best support out of any of the apps we've used for the site -including Shopify itself. I've used Yotpo support chat multiple times and they're consistently helpful.
