Maria was super helpful with helping us with a technical issue. The app does lack a few features I would like, such as seeing the subscription NOT base on the sale price of an item if it's on sale when the customer places their subscription. But the backend makes it fairly easy to add and readd an item at a separate price.

Roland M's responsiveness exceeded my expectations. Each inquiry and request I made was met with a swift "Yes," and he efficiently addressed them within minutes, often in less than a minute. Even on a cheerful Sunday evening, Roland was readily available on the chat, providing expert assistance and going the extra mile to ensure everything was sorted. Working with such a knowledgeable and courteous professional was a genuine pleasure.

Just switched to Yotpo after a terrible experience with another subscription app (Upscribe) and we are super impressed. Onboarding was fast and efficient and the support team was excellent. Minor issues have been fixed within hours and it looks to offer a much-improved customer experience for our subscribers.

We are using almost all of Yotpo's apps and couldn't be happier. They integrate seamlesly with our site and take into consideration our typeface and color choices. The help desk and customer care are really great, lately we worked with Jomar who quickly understood and solved the small glitch we had. Thank you Jomar!

Beim Einrichten gab es Probleme, diese wurden sofort vom Support gelöst. Ich weiß nicht wo die Firma sitzt, aber zu deutschen Zeiten um 01:30 wurde alles direkt inklusive Screenshots beantwortet & für mich geregelt. Andchließend habe ich sogar den Mitarbeiter via Mitarbeiter/Gastzugang hinzugefügt. Da braucht ihr euch keine Sorgen zu machen.
Mein Supporter hat mir auch anschließend noch zwei weitere Fragen beantwortet, inklusive Beispielen.
Mein Support hieß Roland.
Alles sehr hilfreich.
Zum System: Sieht gut aus & für den Preis optimal. Viele andere Systeme wollten viel zu viel Geld von mir, vor allem bei der kostenlosen Version; nehmen die teilweise Gebühren bis zu 5000€
Hier ist alles entspannt (bis zu 500€/Monat) alles kostenfrei & ab dem 501€ zahlt man nur noch 1%y

The app works great and is very user friendly. Kiki Milk's subscription service is doing better than expected and we're very appreciative of Yotpo's efforts. 5 stars without hesitation.
