This is the best thing that could have happened. I have been using another subscription service for a while now. I have also been with Yotpo from the beginning for my customer reviews, then I implemented the customer points. Now they offer the subscription service. Can I just say with everything now all in one place this is absolutely beautiful. Their migration process was so amazing. Not one hiccup. Roland was in charge of my process. He even had videos that showed my website and step by step instructions. I am not very computer literate, and I didn't have to be. My unborn grandchild could figure this out....hahahah. Yotpo Team and Roland Thank you all for everything you have provided, and I know you will still be there when I need you.

The subscriptions team at Yotpo has been excellent from start to finish in terms of getting our data migrated, fixing small issues with the widget, and setting up functionalities for us. Clarifying business need through having a zoom call to constant emails updating the progress of the setup were extremely helpful in keeping us in the loop.
The customer support in general for any of the Yotpo apps is outstanding, questions are answered within minutes on the live chat, and any complex or specific requests are passed through to the right person straight away who emails solutions back within 1-12 hours (our experience).

Roland M's responsiveness exceeded my expectations. Each inquiry and request I made was met with a swift "Yes," and he efficiently addressed them within minutes, often in less than a minute. Even on a cheerful Sunday evening, Roland was readily available on the chat, providing expert assistance and going the extra mile to ensure everything was sorted. Working with such a knowledgeable and courteous professional was a genuine pleasure.
We've just setup Yotpo for our store. Hannah and the team have been super helpful through the entire process. We look forward to success with Yotpo subscriptions.
Just switched to Yotpo after a terrible experience with another subscription app (Upscribe) and we are super impressed. Onboarding was fast and efficient and the support team was excellent. Minor issues have been fixed within hours and it looks to offer a much-improved customer experience for our subscribers.

Unfortunately, we have to conclude that this app still has a lot of technical issues.
It is not possible to properly link shopify payments. As a result, we miss payment functionalities. Despite the fact that we have now been waiting for more than 4 weeks, Yotpo is not doing anything to solve the problems.
This app is not suitable for the European market. Only (American) credit cards work and other payment options that are commonly used in Europe such as iDeal, BanContact, Klarna, Afterpay cannot be used.
Besides that they have a customer service with no or very limited customer focus. No real intentions to solve the problem.
We have decided to phase out the app and continue on another platform with a subscription app that complies to the European payment standards.
Resumee: if you're operating in Europe with your web shop and are looking for a great customer journey for the payment process, skip Yotpo.

No email to let us know this. The current subscriptions did not continue processing. We'll find a more professional option.

The application lacks some parameters that we would need for our shop, but it is easy to set up. We had a problem with the installation and other issues, but the customer service, specifically Roland, was very responsive and fixed the problem within a minute. We are very satisfied! Thank you very much for your help.

This app is completely simple to install and have up and running in no time. When I had a question - I went to the chat on the app (at 9pm at night!) and got a very helpful Roland M... he solved my issue with shipping and made me feel even more confident with the app because customer service is everything when you have a small business.
