The app works great, and their support answers immediately. This app has the best support out of any of the apps we've used for the site -including Shopify itself. I've used Yotpo support chat multiple times and they're consistently helpful.
had a problem i could figure out and it was frustrating me to no end. Once i open the chat and spoke with Roland he fixed the issue and also gave me instructions on how to fix the issue myself if i ever ran into the problem again. I am super happy and super satisfied! Thanks again Roland, you're the best!

Overall Yotpo Subscriptions is fairly intuitive for someone that is not the most technical with websites. I had an issue where I only wanted to display subscriptions for particular product variants. Thessanyl took their time walking me through the steps to complete via web chat. Something was not working on my end. But, they went the extra mile to help me resolve the issue quickly. That means a lot to small business owners. Great support and helpful team. Yotpo Subscriptions has been great so far.

Great, easy app to use. Very supportive support. Always helpful. Great app to start for subscriptions as you build your business.
App has great interface but if you have an existing subscription platform, the transfer is entirely dependent on your migration specialist. Our migration took about 2 weeks with very few customers because of the heavy back and forth. Widget looks great on the site and we're able to customize look & feel for branding. Back end has great looking analytics so far.
Downsides: yotpo doesn't have a build-a-box feature and our previous app, BOLD, did. Yotpo's solution was to email them all and ask them to go through resubscribing process again. This is forcing us to standardize our subscriptions as we've been through a few different versions. Messy, a ton of customer communication and crossing of fingers that this'll be the real solution we're looking for

Not ready yet. The unique customer management link is great, but other than that-- this is simply one of the worst subscription apps. They don't have the ability to combine multiple products for the same customer, so everything comes through as a separate transaction, on THE SAME DAY, meaning the customer is charged shipping 2x,3x, and so on.. Not to mention, for bigger brands, the idea than someone is picking and packing 3 or 4 different boxes on the same day for the same customer is crazy wasteful. Loss of profits and time.
The notifications to remind people of their upcoming subscription or failed payments DO NOT WORK. They just don't have a very sophisticated offering and there are many many better options.

We have only used Yotpo since we launched RockyMountainBioAg.com. Works seamlessly and is a top notch company to work with. If you want reviews and other top notch integrations to grow sales and customer loyalty look no further, Yotpo is your app!
They said their migration ¨specialist¨ will do the job for you from the old app to they new one. After 15 days still have no news. The service is horrible. I deleted the app and kept old app.
