I just signed up for the app and was having some trouble started. Jiemer John P was such a help to diagnose the issue. After it was resolved, I still was not seeing the subscriptions on my website. He made the suggestion to use a different browser and yup, that was the issue. Thanks so much. I am really excited to be using this service.

I don't have long-term experience with this app (downloaded it JUST today), but I am already feeling good about it thanks to the chat support. I reached out to the chat support and was immediately helped. Thessanyl quickly resolved my question, and I'm now able to continue preparing my subscription launch. I'll return in a few months to review once I have more experience using it.
I installed the app and had difficulty with applying different subscription options to different Variants of the same Product, but Vergian spent a good amount of time walking me through some changes that might help on Chat. None of them worked as of yet, but they're going to work on their end and if it gets resolved and I can have clear instructions on adding additional Variants with their own different subscription plans, I'll be very happy to give 5 Stars!

Please help trying to launch it's supposed to be for free but unable to launch 1st subscription without giving our company admin access . Per Yotpo representative they would need me to add them with Admin Access and permission unable to do this! I have cancel and removed this app. Please be careful Shopify Store owners.

Just to clarify, the app is definitely free to use, and Yotpo only needs access if a merchant wants us to perform an action on their behalf; our team offered that as an option so we can investigate where you’re having an issue, but it’s not required.
