This app is as good as most, and better than many. But I just had a great customer service interaction (on a weekend, no less). Jerrah epitomizes prompt, knowledgeable customer service. In just a few minutes, we got to the bottom of the issue and solved it. Thanks Jerrah, and thanks Yotpo.

I'm only starting to build my subscription base now, but this app has been perfect so far, especially for the fact that I am on the free subscription! I really do recommend it, it looks great within my design on the store and is really easy for the customer to choose their subscription rate. I have just had my first issue where a customer forgot to add the shipping and the chat assistant fixed this for me, was super easy and Roland M was a great help! Thanks team, keep up the great work!

We are using almost all of Yotpo's apps and couldn't be happier. They integrate seamlesly with our site and take into consideration our typeface and color choices. Beim Einrichten gab es Probleme, diese wurden sofort vom Support gelöst. Ich weiß nicht wo die Firma sitzt, aber zu deutschen Zeiten um 01:30 wurde alles direkt inklusive Screenshots beantwortet & für mich geregelt. Andchließend habe ich sogar den Mitarbeiter via Mitarbeiter/Gastzugang hinzugefügt. Da braucht ihr euch keine Sorgen zu machen.
Mein Supporter hat mir auch anschließend noch zwei weitere Fragen beantwortet, inklusive Beispielen.
Mein Support hieß Roland.
Alles sehr hilfreich.
Zum System: Sieht gut aus & für den Preis optimal. Viele andere Systeme wollten viel zu viel Geld von mir, vor allem bei der kostenlosen Version; nehmen die teilweise Gebühren bis zu 5000€
Hier ist alles entspannt (bis zu 500€/Monat) alles kostenfrei & ab dem 501€ zahlt man nur noch 1%y

Had a little issue with Subscription showing the widget twice on a product page. One of the chat customer service reps Happy helped me out and was resolved in minutes.

We had a theme update and began receiving questions from our customers on how they could access and manage their accounts. I reached out to yotpo chat support and Happy Sheen Buhay assisted me in fixing this. It was a very seamless process to get our site up and working easily (without having to get my developers involved).
