Yotpo has the best customer service out of any apps. I end up always choosing them, they are responsive and friendly. Shout out to Thessanyl for being super helpful today!

So far I give this a 5 star because I just set up my first subscription so will see how it goes. However, it is so easy to set up and when I hit a snag Roland in the chat was super helpful. So far so good!

This is an amazing service and an amazing team to get it done!

Fab app, so easy to use! The live chat is fantastic and Thessanyl was fab at answering the questions i had and resolving any hiccups my end!

I had a problem when installing the app, and after getting a little frustrated decided to reach out to customer support. A man by the name of Jomar M looked after me in the nicest way in got it all solved for me in no time. Recommend both the app and their customer support. I strive to have a customer support team as good as Yotpo for my own brand :)

The staff was very helpful and cared about making customers happy. The app works smoothly. As for now, it only offers frequency subscription discounts. I am hoping for the app to also offer volume subscription discounts soon. The Yotpo team promised this feature will be added soon
