Great app! Great customer service (Thessanyl is the best and solves all my trickiest issues). This app does have its limitations, but I havent found any other app that works this well as far as SKU simplicity, customer facing simplicity, and full customization is concerned. 5 stars from me

Migration was smooth, very responsive and friendly customer service. This new subscription system also makes accessing a discount code incredibly easy for subscribers (if you're using Yotpo Loyalty & Rewards), which is a huge benefit for us

So far my experience with Yotpo has been outstanding. They really do want to see my store be successful and they continually roll out new features that make sense. The best thing about using a Yotpo product is the customer service and help. Seriously, I don't feel like just an open support ticket. I feel like a person, a business owner... Their excitement for my success is unmatched by any other service I use currently.

Their customer service has been exceptional so far. Quick responses to my concerns and open communication. The app works well on Shopify and after going through quite a bit of mediocre apps on here, YotPo is definitely a big step up than others.

Fantastic Support Department, especially Jo. She was responsive, kind, and had great empathy for small business owners and the struggles they face. I reviewed over 40 subscription service software/app providers and Yotpo is the best. I recommend you try them out today!

Albert our migration specialist made the transition super easy. We had a few special circumstances and Yotpo was able to handle each of them. We switched from Bold and are very happy with the switch. If you have other Yotpo products their subscriptions app works amazing with their other suite of apps.

Thank you Happy for helping me get the subscription app running. The customer service is very fast and responsive. I tend to have some issues with the UI at times but the fast customer service helps me get things smoothed out immediately.
