Our experience so far has frankly been terrible. Our migration process was a mess, our specialist was very confused, was unresponsive and made mistakes. We are constantly running into issues with the platform not working correctly or how we anticipated, which all seems to stem from our migration. We were told we would have functionality that we don't and many things were not set up correctly. It's very disappointing and is not only taking up a lot of our time to fix, we have also lost subscription customers. The chat support has been helpful to resolve these issues as they arise, but we should not be dealing with them at all.
