Zakeke ‑ Customizer 2D 3D

I'm very impressed with the Zakeke Customizer app and even more with customer service. They're always very helpful and respond quickly. I continue to be highly impressed with the service and features.

I've been using this app for quite some time, and I still agree that this is one of the best apps for customization on Shopify. It has great features, and I love that it doesn't slow down my site!! Also, the customer service is superb. Nicola has worked with me on many occasions and I always get a fast response and resolution if any issues arise.

My company has a complex product, but Zakeke is able to handle all of the variables our product entails. I am super happy with the Zakeke solution.

Great Support!!! Some problems (due to my fault) in the beginning but the great support by Giusi and the technical team determined the reason quickly and gave my perfect instructions how to solve it! Absolutely satisfied...

We're using Zakeke for our store to customize mug prints and other similar printed products.
It's been the ultimate experience with all the features the App offers, especially the 3D preview, it's AMAZING!

I have tried many of the interactive product designers in Shopify for personalizing our prints. They all fell short in some way. Zakeke has been relatively smooth to use but what really sets them apart is their customer service. Each time I have run into something they respond ASAP. When there have been features that they aren't currently offering, they have worked them into their timeline and kept me notified about when to expect them. Looking forward to rolling it out site wide.

We tried many personalization Apps here in the Shopify App Store, but sadly none of them hit the mark for us nor the customers. After hours of searching, we found Zakeke. After watching their promotion video we knew we had to try out Zakeke. Zakeke in a nutshell: Pros:
- Easy to set up, user friendly
- Customer service is very responsive and helpfull
- Has great futures the more you pay (the prices are quite high, but what you get is insane)
- Easy to use for customers as well
- Works excellent on mobile (any software; Android, Apple etc.) Cons:
- Even tho it's friendly to set up, Zakeke is still a Shopify App which means it can break. It has a few bugs here and there but that's "normal". You can't expect a perfect App. I've used Zakeke for a few months now, and I finally can say (after many e-mails) that it works like it should be now. But that is to be expected.
- Translation in Zakeke itself is quite rough, we suggest you keep it on English if you use Zakeke for the most easiest experience.

This app was exactly what i needed to customize our product - not just text but a list of symbols from a gallery. Update: The. Best. Customer/Technical Support Ever! seriously, they are so customer oriented. im so so happy with the team!

Server very slow, sometimes the [ Customize Button ] on product page no show . Predesign template working table too small, it's hard to do the design .
