This is a great app for us. We have it connected to our Infusionsoft account, eliminating double entry of our new customers (as well as our repeat customers' orders); we use Buffer to tweet and post our new products we're uploading to Shopify (70,000 of them over the next three months); and we use Wufoo outside of Shopify to connect to Infusionsoft to add new leads that come in. We're a small business with an eye towards automation, and Zapier fits the bill for us really, really, well.
The product is great, and the team is great. We use Zapier to post products to twitter, Tumblr (via a Zap from Shopify to Gmail), Buffer (to post to Google Plus), and even to allow Mandrill to get a fresh, individual discount code for new Mail Chimp subscribers. And I've run into a couple of situations where I didn't know how to do something and when I described what I was trying to do the support team essentially figured it out for me.
I highly recommend Zapier to anyone on Shopify.
I'm far from being any kind of developer but I was able to easily create several zaps that work correctly. Very easy to use. When I've had questions or something hasn't worked the way I thought it should, their customer support has been very responsive and helpful.
A good, albeit a bit pricy for a small store, solution to automatise some tasks. We use it to export Shopify orders to a google spreadsheet for simple accounting, tweet new products and add new email addresses to Mailchimp.
When Zapier will have support for Etsy then it will really kick ass. :)
Zapier is an amazing product that brings all of our different platforms together. Their interface gives us access to incredibly powerful functionality in a way that is easy to understand and use without technical expertise.
Makes life so much easier. Let alone the hundreds of apps it integrates to.

Awesome app. Keeps my Mailchimp up to date with all my customers and so simple to set up. Very reliable products from Zapier.
Just started using Zapier and getting addicted. Need to hold myself back from setting up Zaps that are just for the sake of doing them. I had never heard of Zapier until it was mentioned in a forum and it's really extended the timeline for when we'll need to hire an employee with how much it's automated.
A small portion of our business is dropshipped. Zapier is now set up to automatically take our orders and email them to our vendor in the format they need to process it.
Also, we've set it up to take all of the receipts we have send to us via email, create a monthly Dropbox folder, and name/file those receipts appropriately. That's 80% of our receipts we now don't need to hunt for anymore.
This will definitely be a HUGE asset to our business as we grow and find more processes to automate.
