Zapier: Workflow Automation

Much better way of achieving Xero integration than buying one of the specific Xero apps. Allows you to automated pretty much anything, probably a must have for anyone wanting to save themselves lots of manual work!

Whether is managing customer data, marketing automation, to save time and to scale your operations, Zapier offers an almost infinite number of ways to hack your way to growth. Plus it's super simple to use... no tech knowledge required!

Good stuff! We connected Zapier to Shopify so they search our new products and can send out a tweet within 15 minutes of it being added. But if you upload via CSV, it tweets them all out at one time.

Then, as directed by their Zapier's Tech Support, we connected Zapier to bufferapp.com and created a schedule so that tweets go out every 15 minutes. Between Zapier and Buffer, we couldn't be happier!

We have used Zapier for quite a while and been pleased with it.

Now that we are using it to connect our Hubspot website to our Shopify store and Infusionsoft we are Raving Fans of Zapier. It does so much more than I imagined.

Just this past week I was having trouble setting up some new Zaps and sent a tech support ticket and in a very short time Jose responded and we emailed back and forth, he is very patient and helpful and we resolved the issues.

We will be using Zapier for a long time to come and I have a feeling we have only begun to tap into the potential of it.

This is a great app for us. We have it connected to our Infusionsoft account, eliminating double entry of our new customers (as well as our repeat customers' orders); we use Buffer to tweet and post our new products we're uploading to Shopify (70,000 of them over the next three months); and we use Wufoo outside of Shopify to connect to Infusionsoft to add new leads that come in. We're a small business with an eye towards automation, and Zapier fits the bill for us really, really, well.

The product is great, and the team is great. We use Zapier to post products to twitter, Tumblr (via a Zap from Shopify to Gmail), Buffer (to post to Google Plus), and even to allow Mandrill to get a fresh, individual discount code for new Mail Chimp subscribers. And I've run into a couple of situations where I didn't know how to do something and when I described what I was trying to do the support team essentially figured it out for me.

I highly recommend Zapier to anyone on Shopify.

A good, albeit a bit pricy for a small store, solution to automatise some tasks. We use it to export Shopify orders to a google spreadsheet for simple accounting, tweet new products and add new email addresses to Mailchimp.

When Zapier will have support for Etsy then it will really kick ass. :)

Zapier is an amazing product that brings all of our different platforms together. Their interface gives us access to incredibly powerful functionality in a way that is easy to understand and use without technical expertise.

I litterally use Zapier every day. It is amazing and I would recommend it to everyone that looks for easy, intuitive automatization that doesnt require heavy programming skills.
