Zapier: Workflow Automation

Zapier is awesome!! It makes me feel like I'm a cool programmer that can make anything happen between my apps.
We use Zapier to connect Shopify to:
1) Mailchimp, adding customers to our maillist (the original mailchimp app unsubscribes returning customers).
2) Mandrill, creating a follow up mail 5 days after an order is fulfilled (dont want to follow up if we havent sent the order).

This app is just the best. Connect Shopify to ANYTHING. Great out of the box tools and the ability to transform inputs/outputs using custom code. Adding it to our box of tools was a game changer.

Works like a charm, not problems so far. Using to pickup orders and put information into a CRM system.

Once you start using Zapier, you'll wonder how you ever managed without it. It's just the great thing, for Shopify and for everything else.

This is perfect for connecting Shopify to Infusionsoft. Excellent customer service and easy to use. I recommend!

amazing.... where has Zapier been all my (IT) life?
Zapier rocks!

Zapier's been great at getting our Shopify sales over to Salesforce. The only problem I have is that it does not support multiple line items which makes us have to use Google Sheets to get all our products over from Shopify to Salesforce. I'm hoping that Zapier will eventually support multiple line items so we can cut out the Google Sheets part.

Zapier is a wonderful service. I am an automation junkie and Zapier saves me sooooo much time. If you aren't using this service you are wasting hours of your life on eCommerce tasks that could be automated. There support staff is wonderful as well...they have helped me figure out new solutions for Zaps that I couldn't figure out myself. I love Zapier.

We are just beginning to touch on the surface of how powerful Zapier really is and how much it can help us in connection with our Shopify store, but we have found it to be super useful for the few zaps we have set up. An example of a zap we love involves a specific service item being ordered from our Shopify store which causes a specific email to be sent and then creates a task in Insightly pertaining to that item for a specific person.

It is an app that I recommend to save a lot of time automating routine tasks. In 2019 I hope to learn even more about how to automate more tasks. 100% recommended.
