We signed up with Zendesk to implement faster customer service. It's nice to be able to use a real live agent to chat with our customers about something specific. It's also integrated nicely with our product pages, when viewed, specific triggers will generate product related questions, that overall helps the client make an informed decision. Gets straight to the heart of the customers data in Zendesk. One click and your in the Shopify order. Loads fast, is reliable. We love it and makes our NBS Helpdesk team much happier!

We love the Zendesk Shopify integration. It really provides all the data our customer service team needs to properly respond to a request- often without even having to log in to our Shopify portal! This has saved us countless hours each week as a result we were able to transition one CS rep to another role!

This app is the best for keeping all our customer emails and inquiries in one place rather than bombarding an email address. I love being able to look up the history when a customer returns with more questions. Also appreciate that our agents can have a conversation internally prior to replying.
