Zendesk claims to offer the 'world's best' ticket management system, but it undeniably has the world's worst customer service, the slowest response times, and never solves any issues. It's really terrible!

Do NOT use zendesk for website chat, sms and phone. The software interface is not user friendly and looks like it was designed 10 years ago and never updated. We spent multiple hours trying to get it setup as there was very little help/tutorials available.

Zendesk should really re-evaluate talent they bring in for their app development. Their apps are clunky, not intuitive and super buggy. I first installed the app 2 months ago and got a "Ooops something went wrong" error, I've contacted Zendesk support twice and to this day still never got a reply... Very dissapointing.
