The customer support was quick to reply, patient and friendly. There also a bunch of useful features like Zendrop AI, and the Zendrop academy. Zendrop Plus definitely gives the most value since you get 200-300 dollars in credit which covers the fees for the Plus plan for at least 2 months, motivating you to work even harder so you can use this 'free money' and eventually make a profit for yourself along the way

I'm only new to Zendrop but it has been a good experience so far. I have contacted Zendrop for help and have quick and effective responses.
I will keep using Zendrop for dropshipping.

great, customer service is very responsive. only thing I can say is they need to better implement shipping methods so that product doesnt get damaged often.

Zendrop is always my go-to when testing new products to dropship. It's the first place I check to see if I can source a product from. The chat team has always proven to be extremely helpful and the interface is easy to use as well. Highly recommend.

I created a Shopify store mainly for print and drop. But also wanted a gadget store and this is one of the best. I have not made a sale yet but think I made the right choice as Zendrop has over 2000 items to offer. I am excited to get my fist sale with them soon.

Spoke to Ian and he was very helpful in assisting me connect my Shopify store to Zendrop. Immediately chatted with me and straightforward. Great customer service.

In addition, I spoke to Juan and he was able to resolve my problem. This is the first drop shipping company where I have received immediate help.

I am not sure if I would recommend it I have not had a chance to use it have had no sales can't connect to Facebook or Instagram upgraded to your $79 membership thinking I would have at least made one sale how wrong I was. Actually getting really tired of trying to figure out what I need to do might just cancel everything it has been more trouble than anything so I'll wait maybe 2 more weeks and if nothing happens I'll be out, I am sorry from what I've learned about Zendrop you guys are great.
