Whilst getting my store setup , have used the help line to help answer Questions Jinky & Jo have been prompt friendly to give me answers thanks team , update, 21/3 its been a couple of months now , being a complete newbie , but I have been acheiving small steps and starting to make sales, I was nervous about the whole droppshipping process But the team support has been great , and my confidence is growing I am really happy with Zendrop

The support is superb, the Zenbot is extremely intelligent and quick with its responses

I am just getting started and had a problem with connecting my stores. The support staff quickly explained what happened and helped me resolve the issue. I will review again after I get to use more of the app but it has been a good experience so far.

I had two specific questions, regarding shipping, and both of those questions were answered by an employee named Joanna. She immediately answered my questions and had an amazing first impression. I am loving the app and how easy it is to use. Another time that I had a situation was when I accidentally bought a plan from Zendrop. I talked to a support member named Jobelle who helped me get my money back and gave me a free subscription for two more months. She was a true lifesaver of my day.

Zendrop is the best decision I made in 2023 CHANGED MY LIFE.

Very easy to work with besides product prices a bit steep but i assume theres not much they can do about that
