This apps customer service is fast and helped me understand how dropshipping works and how i get payments.
I've been using Zendrop for about 4 months and they have been great. Their customer service has been spot on and they will quickly update you by email about items becoming unavailable or changes in price.
The response to my problems was dealt with quite quickly, things that I found very positive on the part of Zendrop, their customer service is good.

ZENDROP is a lifesaver to beginning entrepreneur like myself. I have not made any sales yet, but ZENDROP is very easy and simple to understand for a beginner like myself.
I truly enjoyed the workshop on Thursday at noon. It was live, it was real, and the host did a superb job and took a great sincere interest in his presentation. With people like that, ZENDROP will gain many future customers with its ease-of-use and sincere people who run it.

The level of customer service when needing help figuring out my brand-new store or trying to fulfill my first order, Zendrop's Customer Service is top notch! My customer had a question about her purchase, and I was able to seek insight about the product from the customer service team and answer my customer's question completely, thank you Zendrop for being my business partner.
I had an issue with my account no where in the training did I see you have to use the same login as the shopify. They figured out how to fix it and was really fast and efficient helping resolve the issue.
I just started using Zendrop and I love it. I reached out to support and was assisted asap. I was transferí someone I billing department for a double subscription charged and was very happy with the help I received. Love how easy it is to find and send pronto my shop.
